Liquid Filling Machines
Liquid Filling Equipment can be used to fill a very wide range of products, from free flowing liquids (e.g. juices and solvents) to semi-liquids (e.g. creams and gels) and products containing particulates (e.g. soups and pickles). They can fill containers as small as 5ml and up to 10 litres, to accuracies of +/- 0.25% and at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute.
Capping Machines
Both Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic Capping Machines can be used for caps from 2mm - 145mm in diameter, with speeds up to 40 containers per minute. For High speed capping up to 160 containers per minute we supply and install OEM equipment from other world leading manufacturers, always ensuring you of the perfect solution.
De-Pucking System
Filling And Capping bottles in pucks is growing in popularity as users realise that it is by far the best way to minimise changeover times. Bottle size changes can be achieved in less than 5 minutes. Universal Filling Machine Company designs and manufactures these systems to meet individual customer requirements. Our unique system has the smallest foot print and requires no more space than a conventional filling line.
Vacuum Level Filling
For repeatable level filling. Vacuum level filling is suitable for free flowing liquids such as perfumes, wines spirits and oils.
Please note - only suitable for filling rigid containers.
Fully Automatic Vacuum Level Filling

For filling rigid containers to pre-set levels. Fully automatic machine up to 12 heads. Filling speeds up to 150 containers/minute.
Semi-Automatic Vacuum Level Filling
Easifill Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
For filling rigid containers to pre-set levels. Available in 1,2,4 or 6 head versions. Speeds subject to operator dexterity. Special Nail polish version, also available.
Vacufill Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
For filling rigid containers to pre-set lelves. Available in 1 or 2 head versions. Filling speeds up to 40 bottles/minute.
Fully Automatic Filling
Fully automated systems are for high speed applications and include conveyors and electro/pneumatic PLC controls.
Suitable for almost any liquid including viscous liquids containing particles such as foods.
5ml - 10 litre fill range
Outputs range from 20 - 120 bottles per minute (1200-7200/hour).

Posimatic EV-1000 Automatic Filling
For liquids and semi-liquids. Fully automatic system up to 12 heads, for filling volumes between 5ml - 1,300ml. Speeds up to 150 containers/minute
