Sleevit SleeveMaster lite
SleeveMaster Lite sleeving machines are unique, compact and low cost Tamper Evident Sleeve Applicators designed specifically for the lower speed user. In many cases they offer a very cost effective alternative to applying pre-forms, from 20 to 104 mm dia, by hand or for slower lines. Whilst the design retains the well proven Sleevit principles of cutting and opening sleeves, the entire structure and control system is completely new.
In particular the frame has side loaded sleeve reels for where rear access is difficult and takes up very little line length. The all new control system is pneumatically operated but keeps the flexibility of sleeve length and apply position found on the higher speed machines.
These machines are adjustable for height and reach, making installation extremely simple and operator training is usually completed in just two hours.
Easy to install, easy to set, easy to maintain but robust enough to work a 24 hr. shift, that's the new Sleevit Lite range which can be combined with conveyors, product handling and the ShrinkMaster Lite shrink tunnels to form a complete, automatic sleeving system.
