Even the very best products need to evolve to incorporate the latest in technology and the feedback from users and that includes successful designs like the Sleevit range of Tamper Evident Applicators.
The new SleeveMaster range incorporates the totally reliable and user friendly features of hundreds of Sleevit machines but is now even easier to install and operate and comes with a range of compatible options.
There are two basic models. The SILVER range which is suitable for unprinted Tamper Evident sleeves at moderate speeds and the Gold range which includes power unwind and print registration options for high speed lines with printed sleeves. Between these extremes, machines may be easily customised to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules.
We have thought a lot about operators too and this machine is even easier to change from size to size and job to job as it has accessible controls, side mounted reels and job save and recall facilities, together with scales, to re-establish positions.
The comprehensive range of Sleevit product handling and ShrinkMaster shrinking systems may be added to provide a complete sleeving system that integrates with other parts of the line. New electronics enable the collection of current and historical production and maintenance data and interface with up and down stream processes.
